Drink lots of cranberry juice to cleanse your system, overflow yourself with plenty of water and chicken broth and use your vaporizer if you've got one at night with a teaspoon of regular Vick's Vapor Rub (Generic/store brand from Dollar General is just as good) put in the area where the steam comes out, and eat. Don't forget to alcohol your tooth brush after each use or buy some cheap throw aways until your better. Love you!
